Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley give’s Jerry extensive knowledge of the area as a REALTOR® and Investor. He specializes in San Gabriel Valley, which includes the areas of Arcadia, San Marino, Pasadena, Alhambra, San Gabriel and Monterey Park. He also works the Inland Empire, which includes the areas of Redlands, Loma Linda and East Highland. He graduated from UCLA in 2000 majoring in English and History. While studying history in college he started studying the real estate cycles. He then found himself investing in real estate and having great success in achieving financial freedom. In 2011 he started selling real estate and found his true calling in life. He teaches and coaches clients, family and friends how to strive for financial freedom by investing in real estate.
In the short amount of time that he has been a Realtor, he has become a top producing REALTOR® at Keller Williams Realty. He is also a member of the ALC. ALC’s are comprised of top KW agents who know what it takes to succeed in their market and have a desire to see the company as a whole grow and prosper.
Jerry has built a real estate team to better service his clients so someone is always here to help you. He has 2 full time Buyers Specialists, a full time Transaction Coordinator and a full time marketing agent. He is technology driven to get your house sold in the shortest amount of time. After putting his client’s needs first, he enjoys practicing yoga, salsa dancing, traveling and reading.
